Alexander Vanchura, born on May 6, 1976, in Ulan-Ude, Russia. Married, has five children.

Alexander Vanchura has a higher education. In 1992, he entered the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the faculty of Rocket and Space Technology. After completing the second year, he realized that his vocation is construction. In 1999, he graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering, qualification - civil engineer (organization and management of construction).

Alexander Vanchura began his career in 1994 at the PSP “KiN” company. Career growth began from scratch - with the position of handyman, bricklayer, foreman of construction and installation works, then the manufacturer of construction works, the head of the construction site. In 2001, he gets the position of Deputy General Director in PSP "KiN".
In 2001, Alexander Vanchura joined the large general contracting construction trust Mosstroy-7. In 2002, he was appointed General Director of the Mosstroy-7 trust, Glavmosstroy enterprise, the largest construction holding in Moscow. Under the leadership of Alexander Vanchura, the construction trust built several residential micro districts in Moscow totaling more than 1.5 million square meters.

In 2003, Alexander Vanchura founded his own construction company "Leman Group". Under his leadership were built: a residential complex on Borisovskaya street, a residential complex on Michurinsky Prospekt, residential buildings in Kurkino. He took an active part in the reconstruction of the Manege Central Exhibition Hall after the fire, the construction of the Moscow City Court on Bogorodsky Val, the reconstruction of the Moscow Arbitration Court on Novaya Basmannaya, built the Northern Lights Shopping Center in Butovo and other facilities. For many years he worked fruitfully with the MonArch Group.
In 2011, he founded the "RUSICH GROUP" and proceeded as a developer to the construction of a residential complex in the town of Reutov MO, LCD Novokosino, RC Kotelniki, RC Kantemirovsky, RC Dobrolybov - in total more than 1million sq.m. of residental area. The company’s portfolio includes residential quarters in Moscow and the Moscow Region, warehouse and industrial real estate projects, such as “Kholmogory” Industrial Park A+ class on the Yaroslavl highway, with a total area of 292,000 square meters, the new multi-temperature Logistic Park “White Nights” in St. Petersburg with an area of more than 50,000 square meters, “Rusich-Domodedovo"- in total more than 500 thousand square meters of industrial area.
